CUSTOMER CHARTER

  • We are committed to providing marketing material and advertising that is factual and does not mislead our customers.
  • We will ensure our customers have detailed information about their prospective purchase so that they are in a position to make an informed choice prior to reservation. Our Sales Advisors will be our principal purchaser  contact point throughout the sales process.
  • We will provide our customers with the pre-contractual information reasonably necessary to make an informed decision about the property being purchased and seek to ensure our customers interests are professionally represented.
  • We will provide written information confirming our standard house specification. Any optional extras and their associated cost will be made available to our customers. Some of these extras are dependant upon the build program, and as such, our customers will be informed of the availability of extras at reservation.
  • We will inform our customers about health and safety precautions they must take while the site is under construction to avoid any risk of danger.
  • We will provide customers with a provisional date of entry upon reservation. As construction progresses we will provide written notification of estimated completion of the property.
  • We will provide our customers with detailed information on warranties that are provided with the purchase.
  • We will ensure the property is complete and obtains independent inspection by the Warranty Provider and Building Control Authority prior to handover.
  • We will demonstrate the appropriate functions of the property at handover.
  • We will provide an after sales service for customers for 2 years after legal completion. Our staff are committed to providing a service that is efficient and we will notify customers of our target response times. Emergency out of hours contact numbers will be provided.
  • Our staff understand their responsibility in dealing with our customers and in meeting the requirements of this charter. If our customers feel that we have not met any of our commitments within this charter, they are invited to contact the Sales & Marketing Manager at the following address :-
