Land & Buildings Transaction Tax (LBTT) - which replaced UK Stamp Duty - is a tax charged by the Scottish Government when you purchase a property.

The rate of LBTT payable on your transaction will depend on the purchase price of the property. We can offer to pay a contribution towards these costs, and in some cases, fully pay them for you.

How it works

• Find a brand new Walker Group home advertised with this offer.
• Ask our friendly Sales Consultant if a contribution to LBTT is available on your chosen home.
• If a contribution is available, our Sales Consultant will calculate the total amount of LBTT and the amount we can contribute.
• Once both parties agree, your reservation can go ahead.
